Once we receive your return, here's what happens.
The timeline
- Your return arrives at our warehouse — we inspect it within 1–2 business days.
- We issue the refund to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation the moment we do.
- Funds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If it's been more than 10 business days
Check your bank or card statement first — refunds sometimes show under a slightly different line than the original charge. If you still don't see it, email support@swiss-biolabs.com with your order number and we'll investigate and follow up within one business day.
