After you place an order, you'll receive two emails:
- An order confirmation right away
- A tracking link as soon as your order ships
Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout, based on your shipping address.
Checking your shipment
Click the tracking link in your shipping email to see where your package is. Tracking continues updating all the way to your door.
If your estimated date has passed
A brief gap between scans is normal — especially during transit handoffs. If it's been several days without an update, or your estimated date has passed, email support@swiss-biolabs.com and we'll look into it right away.
