When will my order arrive?

After you place an order, you'll receive two emails: - An order confirmation right away - A tracking link as soon as your order ships Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout, based on your shipping address. Checking your shipment Click the tracking link in your shipping email to see where your package is. Tracking continues updating all the way to your door. If your estimated date has passed A brief gap between scans is normal — especially during transit handoffs. If it's been several days without an update, or your estimated date has passed, email support@swiss-biolabs.com and we'll look into it right away. Questions? We reply within one business day, usually much faster.

How to track your order

Every Swiss Biolabs order comes with full tracking from the moment it ships. Finding your tracking link Look in your inbox for an email from Swiss Biolabs with the subject "Your order is on the way." It contains your tracking link. Can't find it? Search your inbox for "Swiss Biolabs" or your order number (it starts with SB#). Don't forget to check your spam or promotions folder. What it shows Click the link to see the current status of your package, the carrier handling delivery, and the estimated delivery date. Still can't find it? Email support@swiss-biolabs.com with your order number or the email address you used at checkout, and we'll resend the tracking details right away.

What if my tracking hasn't updated?

A small gap between scans is normal. Here's what's expected — and when it's worth reaching out. First day or two Once your tracking link arrives, it can take up to 48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear. Your package is on the move; the system just hasn't caught up yet. During transit A quiet stretch of a few days is normal between facility scans, especially around weekends and holidays. When to contact us Email support@swiss-biolabs.com if: - Your tracking shows no movement for more than a week, or - Your estimated delivery date has passed and the package hasn't arrived. We'll look into it right away and make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. How it works - Your shipping cost and delivery estimate are calculated at checkout, based on your address. - All international orders include full tracking as standard. Customs and duties International orders may be subject to local customs fees or import duties. These are set by your country's customs authority, aren't included in your order total, and are the recipient's responsibility. Questions before you order? How to cancel an order

We process orders quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better the chance we can catch it before it ships. If your order hasn't shipped yet Email support@swiss-biolabs.com with your order number (starts with SB#) and let us know you'd like to cancel. If the order is still with us, we'll cancel it and refund you right away. If your order has already shipped Once a package is in transit, we're not able to pull it back. When it arrives, you can start a return — email us for the return address and we'll guide you through it.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes — as long as we catch it before your order ships. What we can change - Update the shipping address - Add or remove items - Change variants (size, scent, flavor) - Combine two recent orders into one shipment How fast to reach us Email support@swiss-biolabs.com with your order number (SB#) and what you'd like to change. The sooner the better. If your order has already shipped We can't edit an order in transit, but once it arrives you can start a return — email us for details.

We accept all major cards and express checkout options. The charge appears on your statement as SWISSBIOLABS or SWISS BIOLABS. If your payment is declining The most common reasons: - Billing address mismatch — make sure it matches what your card issuer has on file - International cards — some banks block ecommerce purchases by default; a quick call to your bank usually fixes it - Card expired or over limit Still stuck?
