When you're charged
Your card is charged when you place the order. The charge appears on your statement as SWISSBIOLABS or SWISS BIOLABS.
If your payment is declining
The most common reasons:
- Billing address mismatch — make sure it matches what your card issuer has on file
- International cards — some banks block ecommerce purchases by default; a quick call to your bank usually fixes it
- Card expired or over limit
