How to start a return
Here's how to return a Swiss Biolabs order. There are two paths, depending on your situation.
The standard return — unopened, within 30 days
For anything you've ordered but haven't opened:
1. Email support@swiss-biolabs.com with:
- Your order number (starts with SB#)
- Which items you'd like to return
2. We'll reply within one business day with the return address.
3. Ship it back using any carrier — return shipping is at your own cost.
4. Keep the tracking number and email it to us.
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt and appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
The GLOW 24-week guarantee — for customers who've tried it
GLOW comes with a 24-week money-back commitment for customers who give the system a real try. Here's how it works:
To qualify, we'll need to see that you've used it:
- Progress photos taken roughly every 4 weeks (baseline → week 4 → week 8 → and so on)
- Brief notes on how often you used each product
At the 24-week mark, if you haven't seen visible progress, email support@swiss-biolabs.com with your order number and
your progress photos. We'll review and issue a full refund.
This path is for customers who actually use the system as directed. Without progress documentation, the standard 30-day
unopened return is your route instead.
