What to send

Write to support@swiss-biolabs.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number (SB#)
  2. A photo of the damaged item
  3. A quick note on what's wrong

What happens next

We'll reply within one business day with:

  • A free replacement sent out right away, or
  • A full refund — whichever you prefer.

No need to ship the damaged item back.

Received the wrong item?

Same process — email us with a photo and we'll fix it.
