What to send
Write to support@swiss-biolabs.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (SB#)
- A photo of the damaged item
- A quick note on what's wrong
What happens next
We'll reply within one business day with:
- A free replacement sent out right away, or
- A full refund — whichever you prefer.
No need to ship the damaged item back.
