Here's how to return a Swiss Biolabs order. There are two paths, depending on your situation.
The standard return — unopened, within 30 days
For anything you've ordered but haven't opened:
- Email support@swiss-biolabs.com with:
- Your order number (starts with SB#)
- Which items you'd like to return
- We'll reply within one business day with the return address.
- Ship it back using any carrier — return shipping is at your own cost.
- Keep the tracking number and email it to us.
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt and appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
The GLOW 24-week guarantee — for customers who've tried it
GLOW comes with a 24-week money-back commitment for customers who give the system a real try. Here's how it works:
To qualify, we'll need to see that you've used it:
- Progress photos taken roughly every 4 weeks (baseline → week 4 → week 8 → and so on)
- Brief notes on how often you used each product
At the 24-week mark, if you haven't seen visible progress, email support@swiss-biolabs.com with your order number and your progress photos. We'll review and issue a full refund.
This path is for customers who actually use the system as directed. Without progress documentation, the standard 30-day unopened return is your route instead.
