A small gap between scans is normal. Here's what's expected — and when it's worth reaching out.
First day or two
Once your tracking link arrives, it can take up to 48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear. Your package is on the move; the system just hasn't caught up yet.
During transit
A quiet stretch of a few days is normal between facility scans, especially around weekends and holidays.
When to contact us
Email support@swiss-biolabs.com if:
- Your tracking shows no movement for more than a week, or
- Your estimated delivery date has passed and the package hasn't arrived.
We'll look into it right away and make it right.
