Hair growth is slow, so "not seeing results" usually means one of a few things. Here's what to check before you reach out.
Give it the time it needs
-
First month: Changes are mostly in the scalp — reduced shedding, less itch, better feel. Not visible new hair yet.
-
Month 2–3: New growth starts appearing — very fine baby hairs at the hairline or thinning areas.
-
Month 4–6: Density becomes measurably different.
If you're under 3 months in, the honest answer is: keep going.
Things that can slow your progress
-
Inconsistent use. Missing GLOW sessions, or skipping the daily routine for weeks, resets the clock.
-
Harsh products. Strong sulfate shampoos, heavy silicones, and dry shampoo residues block scalp absorption.
-
Tight hairstyles. Ponytails and buns at the same spot for hours every day put traction on follicles.
-
Extreme heat styling. High heat combined with styling products weakens the shaft and the scalp.
-
Underlying health factors. Iron or vitamin D deficiency, untreated thyroid conditions, certain medications, and high stress can slow hair growth regardless of topical products.
Adjust before you quit
Try one or more of these for the next month:
-
Add the Scalp Brush if you're not using one
-
Add the Roll-On to your biggest problem area
-
Review your other hair products — move toward gentler, less cluttered formulations
