Exfoliating Foot Scrub

Last updated on Apr 18, 2026

The physical exfoliation step for feet that need a full reset — smooths rough spots, preps for deeper care, and feels like a pedicure at home.

What it does

Removes dead skin, buildup, and surface roughness through gentle physical exfoliation combined with ingredients that help break down rough skin.

How to use

  1. Soak your feet in warm water for 5–10 minutes to soften the skin.
  2. Apply a scoop to damp feet.
  3. Massage in circular motions — focus on heels, arches, balls of feet, and rough toe pads.
  4. Scrub for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
  6. Follow with Antifungal Foot Balm to hydrate the softer skin underneath.

How often

Once a week for most feet. Twice a week if you have heavy calluses or dry heels.

Don't use if

  • You have open cuts, blisters, or broken skin
  • You've applied the Callus Softening Gel in the last 24 hours — let the skin recover between treatments
